But, unfortunately, we've had the exact same horrendous service both times we've gone. Your experience really describes ours perfectly. The staff has good intentions, but it's complete amateur hour over there. We had to wait an hour for our reservation so ordered drinks at the bar. After waiting 20 minutes, the same bartender approached us and asked if we would like to order drinks. The same thing happened with our food order! When we sat down, the waitress took our order and then came back 45 minutes later to apologize that she'd forgotten what we'd ordered!! Well, I could go on and on, but we won't go back.
